Chiles en Nogada: A Mexican Gourmet Tradition
Every September, Los Cuatro Soles celebrates one of Mexico's most iconic dishes: chiles en nogada. Made with the grandmother's recipe, this dish represents history, tradition, color, and the sophistication of Mexican cuisine.
For 17 consecutive years, the family has prepared chiles en nogada to help customers discover and appreciate this unique seasonal dish. Los Cuatro Soles hosted the first Chile en Nogada Fest in Philadelphia, helping rescue and share this tradition with the city.
